Lee S. Rosen
Chairman Founder and Private Investor.

Lee Rosen is the founder of New Generation Biofuels and has been involved in the financial and securities brokerage industry since 1980. He has worked as a broker dealer with a number of firms. Douglas S. Perry
President and CEO of Davenport Newberry Holdings LLC

Mr. Perry is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Davenport Newberry Holdings LLC where he leads and manages an organization in the development of geothermal power projects. From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Perry was a consultant working with start-up companies and projects to develop technology verification and commercialization strategies, improve business operations and obtain funding. Before that he spent 20 years in senior leadership positions at Constellation Energy Group, including President of Constellation Power Development and Vice President and General Counsel for Constellation Holdings, the holding company for various businesses including real estate, financial investments and power plant acquisition, development and operation. He was also the Senior Vice President - Constellation Power, Inc. where he built and led an organization that successfully developed and acquired power projects in the United States and Latin America exceeding $2 billion of investments.

Prior to working at Constellation, Mr. Perry held legal positions, including serving as Special Counsel/Attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Divisions of Corporation Finance and Enforcement.

Cary J. Claiborne
President, Chief Executive Officer & Chief Financial Officer

Cary J. Claiborne, President, CEO & CFO, joined New Generation Biofuels in December 2007. Prior to joining New Generation Biofuels, Mr. Claiborne served as the Chief Financial Officer of Osiris Therapeutics, a publicly traded Biotech company from 2004 to 2007, where he led the Company’s finance and information technology organizations and served as a strategic business partner to the Chairman of the Board and CEO. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Claiborne was the Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis at Constellation Energy, a Fortune 200 diversified Energy Company. At Constellation he oversaw a budget consisting of $12 billion in revenue and over $500 million in net income. Prior to joining Constellation, Mr. Claiborne was the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Home Depot, Inc., where he oversaw a budget of $46 billion in revenue and $3 billion in net income. Before joining Home Depot, Mr. Claiborne was also the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at MCI Corporation, where he supervised the financial planning and analysis activities for MCI’s Core Communications group ($33 billion in Revenue).

Mr. Claiborne spent the first 15 years of his career at General Electric, where he held numerous senior leadership positions, leading to President and CEO of New Enterprise Wholesale Services. In this role, he directed the business activities of an $80 million telecommunications reseller. Prior to this position, he was Senior Vice President and CFO of GE Capital Business Services and Director of Operations Analysis for GE Capital. James Robert Sheppard, Jr.
Director

Mr. Sheppard is the Managing Director of the J.R. Sheppard & Company LLC where his current assignment, is to arrange capital markets financing for developing-country infrastructure projects as part of a Demonstration Project financed by the Swiss Agency for Cooperation and Development.

In the past, he has worked with the UN as a consultant responsible for studying ways to improve access to the capital markets for infrastructure projects in developing countries. Previously, Mr. Sheppard was a consultant on numerous assignments for The World Bank. Mr. Sheppard has held numerous high-profile positions that included Managing Director and Co-Head of the Global Project Finance Group at Bank of America where he was specifically responsible for electric power, oil and gas, and supervised teams in London, Hong Kong, and Sidney. John E. Mack

He has managed offerings of over $50 billion of medium and long-term debt and common and preferred equity issued in public and private, domestic and international capital. Mr. Mack has served as Senior Managing Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Shinsei Bank, Limited of Tokyo, Japan For over 25 years, Mr. Mack served in senior management positions at Bank of America and its predecessor companies, NationsBank and NCNB, in Charlotte, North Carolina, including 12 years as Corporate Treasurer.
